Terms of ServiceThis product is warrantied for 30 days from the date of shipment against defective arrival. Defective or DOA products must be reported within 30 days of shipment; no returns will be processed after the 30-day DOA warranty is over. Each product is tested and is in good working condition when it is shipped Unless it marked for parts or repair. On rare occasions, damages may occur while in transit. For your benefit, we reserve the right to issue a refund or replace any returned items. please feel free to reach out to a member of our team should you have any questions or concerns.
We will honor a return if the item(s) have been deemed to be defective during the warranty period. In order to return the item, you must email us first and obtain an RMA number for us to process. Sending something back without first receiving a valid RMA number will exclude you from receiving credit. We charge a restocking fee of %15 on returns for PCs that have operating system issues ,upgrades, or driver issues, the buyer is responsible for assuring there drivers are satisfactory, if there are any driver issues we will take it back for the restocking fee.
We are an electronic recycling company, we deal warranty hardware only, we do not provide any support or service for any equipment with operating system problems. If you purchase something from us with an operating system it is only because we where able to recover it from the hard drive, also note that when purchasing hardware with operating systems, although we do the best we can with making sure the primary functions on your hardware are working with your operating, the buyer may need to make they own updates to driver to assure there equipment is satisfactory to there needs.
Determining compatibility with your existing parts, hardware, and/or software is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please visit manufacturing website or call their customer service for more detailed technical information and for compatibility questions.
If you do not understand the item offered or do not have the technical knowledge to use or install the item - Please do not bid on this auction. If returned due to non compatibility issues we deduct a %15 restocking Fee.

We except returns under the condition that there was no clear description informing the buyer of the third party description or condition.
We except returns that are DOA or not working however, we inspect and test all returns thoroughly, if the return has been misrepresented in any way, abusing the amazon return system, we hold the right to deduct that from the amount of money your refund or granted for your return.

Damaged Arrivals Policy:
If you receive a package that appears punctured or damaged we encourage the buyer to refuse the shipment, if the shipment is not refused and item is damaged on arrival the buyer is required to hold the item for an insurance claim to effectively be processed. After the claims process a refund will be issued and the item will be removed from the buyers location.
Repeat Damaged Policy: We Do Not Except Returns for damaged items during shipping Before A Claim can be filed (Hold Your Damaged Package and Notify Us Immediately)!
We will ship your item within 48 hours after payment has been received, and will use UPS, Fed Ex, or the USPS. We ship to PayPal confirmed addresses, ONLY

There are no packing and handling fees added to your order
All shipping rates provided for 48 contiguous states, please contact us for shipping rates to Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you are shipping overseas, please ask for a quote prior to bidding.
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TARIFFS, TAXES, etc. on items being shipped to a foreign country.
We ship by the USPS for all overseas shipments
We allow for pickups at our warehouse. You would need to bring a valid license in order to pick up your product. Cash payment is a valid form of payment if you are picking something up. A receipt for your payment will be given to you at the time.
